We manufacture empty hard capsules for the pharmaceutical laboratories and the dietetic industry, according to the European Pharmacopeia.

Our products exist in size 0EL, size 0, size 1, size 2 and size 3.

The standards colors (white, transparent and ivory) are always in stock and all other colors can be manufactured upon request of customers and complying with the regulations of the country of use.

The capsules can be decorated of a radial or axial printing according to the sizes.

All these operations are assured through our comprehensive QA procedures covering all aspects of our operations conform to the European  Pharmacopeia and the specific requirements submitted by our customers.

Capusles undergo a continuous series of visual inspections which are performed in accordance with the AFNOR procedures. Capsule tolerances are tighly controlled to reach excellent consistency of product and subsequent performance in capsule filling machines.

All our capsules are 100% submitted to a visual control non-stop. The visual defects are classified in three categories:

Our statistical control is done on light box in several sample lots on 2000 capusles.

The conformity to the physical dimensional and visual parameters (bacteriological and physico-chemical) is assured through statistical procedures.

Our QA department covers all of these operations and guarantees a product of quality corresponding to the stringent norms required in the pharmaceutical industry.

Our capsules are packed in strong heavy wall corrugated boxes with 100 micron non-static polythylene bags. We supply one size carton for all size of capsules: dimensions 575/375/750 mm.

A capsule is a very sensitive product and it must be protected against excessive heat and humidity.
We recommend a temperature of 15 to 25°C and relative humidity between 35 and 65%.Do not leave open inner bags in non air conditioned areas.
For filling, a temperature between 19 and 24°C and a relative humidity between 35 and 60%. To maintain the capsules initial specifications, temperature and relative humidity have to be adjusted together in the same way.

Two main new products have been recently introduced: the "Acticaps" in 1999 and the "Aquacaps" in 2001.

The "Acticaps" are capsules with plant excracts (pineapple, red grapevine and germs of wheat) naturally rich in bromélaine, tannins, flavonoides and E. vitamin.

These capsules have for main advantages to allow a better assimilation of assets, a faster digestion of the capsule and an efficiency of the reinforced assets.

The Aquacaps ® are produced with a fish skin gelatin raised with plants and proteins, food in conformity with the European guideline 2000/766/CE JO of the 7.12.2000 relative to the food of the animals. - There is no need to modify the AMM file.
