The design of
our "dipping pins", the different defects and the out-flow of
the capsules have always been a priority for our service
R&D.
The design of
our capsules has been completely reviewed two years ago. They
have a pre-assembly with 8 points (8 pre-locks) which avoids
the ovalisation for a better closing on the filling machines.
Since January 2001, all our capsules also have a conical
closing for a better running on your machines for filling on
machines with high speed.
We invested
1,8 Millions € to continue to modernize our manufacturing
machines and for the vision. This plan follows an
initial investment of 1,5 Millions € for the implementation of
cameras to aim at "zero defect". With our program of
research, these are thus more of 4,6 Millions € that have been
invested for three years to obtain one of the most effective
production tool of the market.
We foresee the installation of 6 additional machines and also we
intend to enlarge the factory. We continue our research for
the construction of a new factory or the acquisition of
another group.
We work also on the integration of stadard
processes to dry with more efficiency, and the control by
electronic vision of the capsules. This integration would
enable us to avoid the different manipulations of our capsules
and to seal the boxes just at the exit of the production
machine.
A training
plan exists also for everyone . It aims at offering everyone
the same knowledge of the tools and the finally the flow of
processes.
All these
improvements are done with only one goal, to offer to our
customers a good running on their machines and a product
aiming the" 0 defect ".
